Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at enquiry@chalone.com.sg.
Underwear, shapewear or items with underwear parts, hosiery, liquids or adhesive products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bras, nightslips and non adhesive accessories, in good & unworn/ unused condition, with tags intact, are exchangeable within 14 days of purchase, but not refunded or returned.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please allow up to 30 days from the day the parcel is posted for exchange to be processed. To be notified when your exchange has been processed, please include your email address on your Exchange form. We will also email you to let you know once your exchange is complete.
Import Duties
Import duties tax is not included in shipping charges. Import duties or customs tax is based on your local country’s importation regulations. Chalone is not responsible for import duties or customs tax on international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
